8-row grid transposition (from a misreading of a Sanborn note)

Tested columnar grids of width 12, 13 and 14, filled row by row, with Vigenère-family substitution. The '8 lines' figure behind this test came from misreading a handwritten Sanborn note, so the test has no support from that note.
